Voice and Tone - gain or pain?
Why should you develop a V&T Guideline or even work with one? In our talk, we point out how we were confronted with a wording jungle in the Product Unit of our company and how we found a strategy to get out of it. Developing a V&T Guideline became our Jeep, which will be able to navigate not only us but also every other contributor to a unique product voice that fits our brand. 

Be prepared for no bullshit but brutal honesty, as developing a V&T Guideline is a gain but also a total pain. Learn how to create a plan, put customers first and get the right stakeholders on board. To drive through the jungle, you will need not only a good vehicle but also allies that will support you getting there.
